Lalguli Falls are located about 15km north of Yellapur in Uttara Kannada District. Here, the Kali river creates a grand spectacle by tumbling from a height of approximately 250ft. in a series of picturesque rapids set at varying heights.

13 KMs from Yellpaur, has a series of picturesque water falls of the Kali river falling in different heights from 61 Mtrs to 91 Mtrs. There is temple of Hanuman near by on the hill.The Mailmane Falls nearby also deserves a visit.

The west season to traverse through these picturesque hills and view the magnificent Lalguli Falls in Karnataka is the winter. You should avoid visiting the hills during monsoon as the terrain gets dangerous due to slides and the leeches are found everywhere.

Lalguli Falls offers you the space to go out for picnic with your family and friends. The nearby woods provide you with the opportunity of practicing adventure sports such as trekking, river rafting, etc. You can also try out some water sports in the river Kali. The whole area near the Lalguli Falls is mesmerizing.
